With over 15 years of experience in the hotel industry, particularly in revenue management , he is one of Turkey's leading consultants in this field. Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions at global hotel chains such as Marriott, Kempinski, Wyndham, and Dedeman , and with a strong focus on commercial performance at city hotels and resorts. Most recently, he served as Country Director of Revenue Management for Turkey at MP Hotels , a brand of the Germany-based FTI Touristik group, where he was responsible for revenue growth, segment strategy, and channel management for 12 resort hotels operating in Antalya, Bodrum, Marmaris, and Izmir.
He served as Cluster Director of Revenue at Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent and Wyndham Grand Izmir. Previously, he was Director of Revenue Management at Le Meridien Istanbul Etiler , a Marriott affiliate, where his leadership contributed to the property being named "Hotel of the Year" in 2008 by Marriott International. During this period, he also provided commercial task force support at Aloft Kiev, W Istanbul, Sheraton Dushanbe, and Le Meridien Batumi, including on demand forecasting, channel optimization, and pricing strategies. Earlier in his career, at Kempinski The Dome Belek , he led the establishment of the hotel's revenue management department, laying the foundation for the structure's commercial structure, and implementing channel management systems.
He began his career at Dedeman Hotels & Resorts , working both at the head office and at the opening of Dedeman Erbil, taking active responsibility for analytical sales planning and demand modeling in reservation, sales, and especially call center setup processes.
He graduated from Hotel Institute Montreux, one of Switzerland's prestigious hotel management schools. He began his academic journey at Bilkent University, studying Banking and Finance. This background provided him with strong foundation in financial analysis, which he later applied to revenue management.with a focus on return on investment(ROI).
